The hotel staff was great and very helpful, the rooms are very spacious. The hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk from Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road and the beach, and there are nice restaurants right across the street, that serve an excellent breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good size modern furnished rooms. Very good shower. Complementary breakfast, wireless, beach towels and chairs, bicycles and the best of all unlimited international calls! Location great for restaurant options without the need of a car. 2 blocks from the beach. Parkhouse 2 blocks away very convenient. We were very impressed and would certainly return!

The location is perfect. Just across the street there is a restaurant (Big pink) where you can have a real breakfast, lunch and dinner. best. We stayed there twice, came far too early at first, and were given
a room 4 hours before checkin time. The place is a gem and a real

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the small hotel atmosphere as the staff knew who you were by name. The rooms were lovely with a nice modern feel. My particular favorite was the rooftop pool and being so close to the beach. Providing beach chairs and beach bags was a nice touch. This hotel was on the quiet side of south beach which we were thankful for.
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It exceeded my expectations.

made sure all was taken care of. Rooms are spacious and very very clean.
Best value for your money on South beach, I have stayed at many hotels

I liked almost everything: the location is perfect, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and all the fixtures worked fine. I particularly loved the bathroom lighting - I use makeup, and it positively is the first hotel bathroom with a proper lighting. Great bed, too! -
