The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. -

The owner (I think) Mitch Scott was very friendly and helpful. The room with Kitchen was nicely arranged. To the beach were 5 Minutes and the center was very close. They are doing some amendments in this house (almost no noise, no dirt) and next year it will be perfect, we can highly recommend this place! -

We had a suit and it had everything me and wife wanted, clean bathroom, jacuzzi and ocean view very nice. also every Saturday there's a pool party with live dj. If you want to avoid valet parking witch cost 38$ a day there's public self parking right next to the hotel for 1$ an hour from 8am-6pm after that it's free

Very friendly staff! It was an amazing value. Lots of space in the room, yes the furniture is a bit out of date, but it worked perfectly fine and it was very clean. I will always stay here when I'm in south beach. They are also very flexible with check in and check out times. My flight arrived at 9am and they let me into my room well before the designated check in time.

Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.

We originally booked and paid a deposit at Miami International Travellers Hostel, but when we arrived there they told us they didnt have room for us!!!! they gave us no explanation and just gave us our deposit back and told us to go find somewhere else. It was a nice room overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The suite needed up dating but it was clean. The pool area was very nice. I liked the security staff made sure you were a guest and not just someone walking off the beach. We did enjoy our stay there. The view, the balcony, the beach..this was a great value.
