It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). The cafe next door has great breakfast food and were extremely friendly as well. The TV had no cable reception at first but they came up promptly to fix it. I asked

We found the hotel friendly, clean, comfortable and quiet. Just one subway to and from midtown. There was lots to eat at breakfast and we always got a table. We faced south and had a good view of the downtown skyscrapers and the Manhattan Bridge. The room was small, but adequate for our needs.

Great hotel and good value for money. We stayed with 4 people in a room and it was good sized. The room was very clean and the location is quite good. The staff are all so nice! When u are a guest at the Mave u are treated like royalty. Even my dog was treated like a princess! Plus the rooms are beautiful, modern & very clean. The beds are so comfy! If u need something all u have to do is call the front desk & no sooner do u hang up the phone are they at your door with whatever u need. Amazing service! Excellent location! I would stay at the Mave every time I need to stay in Manhattan.
