  We did not book directly through Best Western so when we arrived, we discovered our room did not have a balcony but a patio instead. Told the management of our displeasure and they moved us to the 3rd floor the next day. We appreciated the accomodation. Once moved, we were very happy to have a private balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for shopping, eating, and catching the ferry to Mackinack Island.

  Clarion has the best pillows ever and plenty of them. Each bed came with 4 pillows on them, plenty for people who like extra. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints regarding the cleanliness of the rooms. I felt very comfortable and clean. Overall, the Clarion is a great value for the money. - It was peaceful.   We liked nearly everything about Mackinaw Beach and Bay Resort. A morning breakfast is provided, and it's good, but it needs a little variety. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are great and the view is amazing from your own private balcony. We liked it so much were going to go back again next year. - We arrived a little early about 2:30 and w... что говорят » e were going to have to wait until check in time which is 4:00. However the manager decided to put us into a room that was ready and turned out to be an upgrade. We were weary travelers and were very thankful.

  The room we had was just beautiful! It was decorated in log cabin style and that is my favorite! The staff was so nice and very helpful.
