  I really liked the cleanliness of the rooms. Ours had a nice dark wood floor - no carpeting - which made it easy to see how clean it was. The bathroom was nice - mostly because of the beautifully tiled shower. The outside of the place is very modest, but the room (303 anyway) was very nice and updated. Had a nice breakfast in the restaurant/cafe situated underneath. - Small and very cosy hotel, located at the walkway on the beach. The view from the hotel is pretty nice too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would go back there next time I am in Venice. You also get half price breakfast on the terrace in front of the hotel where the view is really nice!
