The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was
beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented
candles lit in the lobby area at night. It is centrally located and very
easy to get around. Concierge staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Hotel is really clean and comfy.
Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.
The room was spacious and covered us all 5 adults and a kid.
In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday.
Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis
while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick.
Once we arrived they gave our kid a gift

The location was great, right on the river. The rooms were very clean and confortable and I enjoyed returning to a clean room everytime I got back to the hotel. I especially like the elevator security, one has to swipe your room key inorder to go to a hotel floor. They did not have this at the super expensive "Trump Towers" across the street. - You

Outstanding stay. Check in was awesome with great assitance from Pedro.
Worked with us and got us a great upgrade with river view with only a
$14 fee. He was helpful and energetic. The room although small had
amenities not found in any other Chicago Hotels I have stayed in.

Everything! This place was a truly pleasant surprise. I booked the
smaller room, which was just perfect for 1 person. I loved the 2nd floor
club area, with tons of seating, office type space and a fantastic
espresso/cappuccino machine. Oddly, my favorite perk was the bottled
water available on each floor. Staff were incredibly helpful. I also
appreciated the automated check out process from machines in the lobby.
Will def. Stay here again, next time in Chicago.

Impeccable service, excellent location, stylishly furnished rooms, ridiculously comfortable beds. This is the second time I've stayed here, and I'll be staying again on my next visit to Chicago. immaculate with jaw dropping views of the Chicago river and the
intriguing Chicago skyline! Hotel staff were very friendly and well

lickin good! The location is the best, easy walk to Mag mile, millennium
park and even to the field museum and aquarium. And great places to eat

We originally only had this hotel booked for 1 night and then would move to another Hilton. We were able to our same room for the additional nights. The room was clean and comfortable and we had an awesome view. Noah one of the doormen was extremely helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for meals. All of the staff that I came across were polite and efficient.

Perfect location. Fastest internet I have ever had. Excellent beds. Attentive and friendly staff. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar. My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main
hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There
are many restaurants within walking distance. A one page list was
provided by the hotel. A business center is provided by the hotel where
you can check the internet and print off information without charge.

The lights didn't buzz and the toilet wasn't loud. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!
