Great suite, Breakfast buffet well organized and lots of options
(would have liked some cheese or meat though). Nice Indoor swimming pool. Great location:15 minutes from downtown including walking to subway station, 5 minutes walk from/to car rental facility with 9 major companies, 5 minutes from airport terminals with hotel shuttle and no noise from airport.

I liked the complimentary Valet parking and the fact that the T is located so close to the hotel and it was so easy to get into Boston using the red line. I liked the fact that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The view of Charles River was beautiful. Overall a wonderful experience. I also liked the fact that check out was at noon!

For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. Everything is perfect, room very beautiful and well equipped with all the ameneties a guest wish to have, very clean.Beutiful bathroom with shower/bathtube.The hotel is located close to the Logan Airport (from the airport get the Silver Line bus and get off at the second stop), 15 minutes by walk to the "World "Trade" T-Station, anyway if you like

Staff was very friendly and offered to upgrade our room just because they found out we were on our anniversary.
The maid was very quick and efficient. We left our room for 20 minutes for breakfast and she had the whole room cleaned by the time we returned.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. I asked the cleaning person to leave me more coffee for the room and left some money for her to take. I had more coffee and she left the money! I did leave it when we left! Close to great shopping! Close to Fenway. Near excellent dining. The Bell Hops were very nice!

Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat.
The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern!
Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common
