Everything was wonderful, we arrived to find we did not have our tickets
to our convention and the concierge made us his number 1 priority to try
to get them. The lobby woman waited for our Thai food, paid for it for
us, tipped the delivery man and had it sent up to our room while we

Hotel staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful. We stayed for a specialoccasion and the concierge gave us vip tickets for an attraction wewanted to visit. The hotel is in a perfect location, in the downtown area with links to the subway. It was very clean and comfortable - not the poshest place but perfect for our needs. Great suite, Breakfast buffet well organized and lots of options
(would have liked some cheese or meat though). Nice Indoor swimming pool. Great location:15 minutes from downtown including walking to subway station, 5 minutes walk from/to car rental facility with 9 major companies, 5 minutes from airport terminals with hotel shuttle and no noise from airport.
