Pretty much everything. It was very clean, rooms were great size, plenty of bathrooms, although no private en-suites, fantastic staff, close to downtown and great price. The staff was fantastic, as was the concept an idea of the place. It had a efficient yet cool feel to it. The location is very convenient; a block from the blue line, a short walk from the six corners, parking available on the streets, Divvy bikes a block away, next door to Starbucks is a plus! They give every guest a list of things to find in the area. They have board games tv and foosball in the basement along with a kitchen at your disposal. I stayed out running around the city all day so I didn't need a fancy hotel to accommodate me. All I needed was a bed and a shower, both of which were clean and provided to me at a great cost by the hostel. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and I didn't have to worry about having my things stolen because I kept them in one of the

This is my second stay at this hostel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's located in a great location (about 10 min walk from Willis Tower and 3 min walk from a CTA blue line station).
The room was clean and tidy, bathrooms clean and showers HOT.
