I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. Hotel's rooms are clean and have everything is needed (except refrigerator, but it's normally). And in general they are big and comfortable. And of course, location is very nice! CTA metro station is in several steps (... что говорят » way to airport), bus to Navy Pier is quite near, Sears Tower is viewed from the window, and Museum Campus, Grand Park and Michigan avenue in 15 minute - The friendliness and courtesy of staff. And the parking! It was wonderfully priced to have the car so accessible for our meetings off site. I also must say that though modestly appointed, it was very clean and the linens were in excellent condition.

We're a little older than the young crowd that seemed to dominate the guest list which provided some interesting people/dog watching during the wine hour. - The staff was very friendly and helpful.   Friendly staff. They are one of the few hotels that allows guests to book at age 18. As long as you are respectful and mature they will treat you very well. It is a very nice place so they probably wouldn't appreciate teenagers there making all sorts of noise. I was very pleased with the treatment I received from the staff. Wyndham Blake hotel staff and facilities were outstanding for the affordable prices they have. Very helpful concierge and clean rooms with fairly comfortable beds. I will definitely be returning, thank you!
