  This place is fine really. Seemed newly refurbished and the staff were friendly. Really well located for downtown SM and the beach where most accommodation is very pricey. - second time staying here, great for a budget night or two. Just 10 minutes brisk walk from Main Street, Santa Monica.

  great value- accomodating staff- clean room- just what i needed! am a city girl, so ok with it not being perfectly quiet... but no outrageously loud either. was there on a thurs night. would choose them again, definitely. - Reasonably priced,clean, tidy, friendly, 15 minute walk to Santa monica,25 minute walk to Venus beach ($10 cab ride).
