We loved that we were in walking distance from the beach, Sanata Monica
Pier, 3rd street shopping and eating. We were allowed to have our small
daogs with us in the Condo, that made it very special for my family. And
we really liked that it is only about 25 minutes from Universal Studios.

all our questions before taking the trip and when we arrived at the

I really loved the location being so close to the beach/pier and the
promenade. There are so many good places to eat nearby and fun things to
do. It was also great to have our own apartment type place with plenty
of room - a large living room area with a bed & futon and a separate
bedroom. Bob is also very helpful and nice. It felt a little sketchy at
first because it is not a typical "hotel" where you check in
at a front desk, however Bob was quick to text me with all the
information I nee

Requested a ground floor room and got it! Location was excellent and
cost was reasonable in comparison to other accommodation in area! Water
heater for tea and coffee ran out, would have liked that monitored , but
otherwise staff helpful and room clean and tidy, and very pleased to
have a safe in the room, altogether very happy!! -

The perfect location!!A block to the beach!!! All for that low price. Nice room, we had a view of the water. Staff were very friendly and helped with any questions I had. The vallet guys were great to, very helpful.
Short walk to Santa Monica pier. A lot of places to eat are only minutes walk from the hotel.

Great location, rooms extremely clean and orderly...limited parking on site but there are options. TV reception and internet is not great, but it's a vacation - We liked this hotel because it is located very close to the beach and the rate is very good.

comfortable. Nice bathroom. Luckily got information about parking and
location from a review site. ** This should be on their page! Drive down
behind where Su Casa is and park in the beach front car park beyond it.

Small and very cosy hotel, located at the walkway on the beach. The view
from the hotel is pretty nice too. The staff is very friendly and
helpful. I would go back there next time I am in Venice. You also get
half price breakfast on the terrace in front of the hotel where the view
is really nice! Thanks for your hospitality.

my husband had surgery at St. Johns HOspital and the location was perfect. Wish there was an outdoor type place to sit and read or hatever during nice weather...pool? I needed an extra night and the staff was very accomodating and helpful. My husband ws not going t5o be released so it was a difficult situation. -
