Location is central a little the wrong side of town but this is why it is cheap I thnk if you can go along with the crazies around its fine. The daily maid service was impeccable and the staff were all very pleasant. The wi-fi worked well and was free though not quite fast enough to take large downloads like movie files well. An excellent value for the money in a very convenient location just 10-15 minutes walk to Union Square at a fraction of the price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sleeping room and bathroom were clean. Bathroom was equipped with soap, shampoo, etc., towels and hairdryer. Sleeping room with big flatscreen TV. Free wireless internet. Very nice Hotel, I would stay there again. - Very helpful staff, great location, nice bed.

The personalized service was amazing. Upon our arrival, we wrote it was our first time to the city. The concierge hand wrote a welcome card and included a map with highlighted areas we must see WITH a detailed (again handwritten) explanation of each place corresponding to color print outs of the sites. The location was perfect, close to union square and downtown SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was well maintained. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. Overall was a pleasant stay. -

For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others.

It was in a perfect location for conference at a Union Square hotel as well as shopping and entertainment. I'd definitely stay there again. Loved it.

I really liked the décor - based on a poster for the film Vertigo. The emphasis on white made the interior look very clean and fresh. Our bed was very comfortable and we were particularly grateful to be able to take off the duvet and have just the lovely sheets and cotton blanket. Good location just a walk from Union Square. Easy access to Muni. Helpful receptionists. Fridge and coffee making machine. Great breakfast place directly across the street.

Clean. Location. A mix up with our reservation: we'd booked 2 rooms, but they only had one reserved. They do overbook and hotel was full. I produced my Bookings.com paper-work and it was sorted. Close proximity to Union Square / Cable Car and city shopping and ofcourse the easy access from SFO Airport via the BART. $10 return trip each was a steel.
