all of the staff were orrrrr-sum. specifically breakfast staff, restaurant, bell-boy (or is that man), house cleaners, and everybody we passed. free breakfast was awesome. rooms very clean and tidy, spacious, and good value. will definitely return again sometime

The location is close enough that I never had to drive anywhere, me and my fiance were able to walk everywhere anytime of day and be safe! Night clerk (Eustice) was one of the most friendly & helpful clerks
that I have ever seen at any hotel. He always called us by name. He
always asked if there was anything else he could do for us & even
offered to refund taxi fare when the cabbie dropped me off at the wrong
Hilton! Great man--don't lose him.

the rooms were great, clean and quiet with comfortable bedding. We also loved that breakfast and was served Monday each morning, and dinner was served Monday thru Thursday for free, with very good hot and enjoyable meals. Thw location is perfect. We walked uptown, downtown, to the arena for a eric clapton concert. We parked the car and never had to use it. We walked back from Boubon st at 1:30 in the morning it was safe and an easy walk. What made this place stand out from the other hotels was the staff. They are very friendly and comply to every request of the guest. I have stayed in many hotels and this hotel by far has the best front desk service. I also like all the amenities that are located in the room which include a refrigerator and a microwave. In my opinion those are essential needs of a traveler.

the bartenders in wow, the restaurant inside the hotel. They were able

car til 4pm so we could go walk around. Made things extremely
convenient! Loved getting a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check in.

We had a very spacious one bedroom apartment and it was fabulous! We were able to enjoy coffee and libations in our room if we wanted to. The facility was very clean and decor was very nice. I liked that it was in a quiet street but only a five minute walk from the hub of activity. I absolutely loved the Ruby Slipper right next door for breakfast every morning, why go anywhere else!! wonderful staff made you feel at home -- very helpful and joyful -- kept the room clean while we were there for 5 days -- had great recommendations and were interested in your adventures in New Orleans; and best of all the whole hotel is non-smoking!!!!!!
and you can't beat the location -- access to all of NOLA at your fingertip! Can jump on any streetcar to take you around town; walking distance to French Quarter; Warehouse District and the Riverfront.
