We got an upgrade room at no charge, they were super helpful, we ordered room service twice and it was great. They made our stay wonderful. I live in Vegas and like to stay on the strip when going out, and have therefore stayed at many hotel/casinos. Planet Hollywood is definately on my short list of places I want to stay again. - Everything!!hu

The staff at this hotel was one of the best I've ever experienced.
Considering this is a 4-star and not a 5-star, my friends and I were
extremely impressed by their helpfulness and friendliness. One day
during our stay the pool had to be closed for a few hours unexpectedly

Staff was very friendly and gave great service. Room was clean and as described. Close enough to main part of the strip to walk every day. Restaurant inside casino next door (ellis-island) has good food at great price!! (Dinner for 2 for less than 30 bucks, steak 10oz and eggs 5.99$). We got a deal at about 800 for the room for 7 nights and it was well worth it. Everything! The room was just huge and it really felt like being one ofthe emperors there. The hotel upgraded our room and we got a jacuzzi forfree which was great. problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room
too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. I loved how all the staff was very welcoming to us as soon as we
arrived, they were all nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend
this hotel to others. The room I stayed in was nice a big, not what I

We stayed here on our wedding day and it was the best choice. We have
been upgraded to vip for free, and the vip suite was amazing. The bed
was very comfortable and the bathroom included a massage tub and a tv
mounted in the mirror. The spa is also very good and some parts are
complimentary. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price we
payed it was well above expectations. Would stay there again.
