- The staff is great. They allowed a early check in and provided a generous gift for my wife how was celebrating her birthday.
- The hotel propose is also great. Modern and well located. From the room we got I was possible to hear the street noise during the day.
- Definitely, I'll come back to it my next time in NYC.

The best hotel experience I have ever had. Marvellous staff, good breakfast, always something to eat and drink in Rick´s Cafe. What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!

We arrived at the hotel about 3 hours before check-in to drop off our
bags but to our surprisement, our room was avaliable and we even got an
