The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.

We had a 2-bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and excellent value for money. The apartments are located in several blocks around courtyards; ours was located next to the pool area. This was fine (not too noisy) but if you would mind this I'd suggest you request one away from the pool area. The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Whatever request we made they answered and fulfilled it to the best of their abilities. RICARDO and Paula was great! I enjoyed my stay there and I will return. The location of the apartment was most convenient being that it was literally 5 minutes away from the strip by car. Not much ruckus and noise so we got some much needed rest when we finally layed down.

There is no better place to go to if you feel like having a blast while in South Beach, Miami. The staff is awesome and is available to answer any question you might have about fun activities in the area. mesto raspolozheniya - This is my second stay. I was a little hesitant after some reviews I had seen. I was perfectly satisfied. Some people just like to complain. - Perfect location if u want to be in ocean drive, the reception girl was very helpful to find transport and fun.

For a hostel everything was very modern and the facilities were very clean. Staff were ok but couldn't really give us much information outside of the free airport shuttle they offer. Location is fantastic, heaps of restaurants around and the beach is only a 5 min walk. -
