  Great Location!!! Great staff!!! Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant and helpful! The room was nicely decorated and vry comfortable! A+ - the location was excellent, quiet, short distance from the red line station and convenient to resturants and shops. Very comfortable room, very clean and nicely appointed.   The suite was real value for money. Mother and grown-up son had all the space they needed. Service lady was really great and friendly as was the booking agent for shows etc. Breakfast was amazing and there was so much to choose from. We loved our stay Thank you - The hotel was great, the location was fantastic! It's close to shopping and great restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a slight mix up with our room, and Michael, the night manager, handled it just great. He took good care of us, and I would stay there again!(Also, we loved the water in the lobby!) - quite a transformation in a year's time -we stayed there we/ another teen grandchild last yr and returned for 2 reasons, the location and the suite option. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Concierge services were terrific.Everything was spotlessly clean - great housekeeping services! Our suite was exactly what I had asked for, view included - loved it!

  A very clean Hotel, the size of the room was pretty good and the location even beetter, I was very satisfied. - Excellently furbished hotel, friendly staff and a good breakfast as well. Highly recommended.

  This hotel is situated at less than 2 minutes walking distance from the red train line and at walking distance from most interesting shops, bars and restaurants and is still in a quiet area so that you always feel sicure, even at night. Great the fact to receive fresh coffee for free in your room and to be able to select breakfast from the bakery that is next to the h - Staff and accomodations were outstanding. Staff could not have been more helpful. There is a small coffee shop with a hotel entrance that has excellent food and was reasonable with delicious food. We had a problem with the fridge which was addressed immediately. My husband used the gym and enjoyed it very much. The décor is art deco. Beds were very comfortable. There was a small sitting area with 2 chairs and a small table.
