  Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.

  The night receptionist was particularly helpful both the evening before and early the following morning when we had to leave. The internet facility was excellent - usually a problem when travelling.   It was very comfortable and we were given a quiet room as we requested. Also the staff were pleasant and helpful. Though it was not so convenient for the city centre the fact that they provided a free shuttle bus to and from the subway helped to make up for this.   It really felt like a home away from home, very clean and safe, with great amenities like complimentary coffee and pie all throughout the day. great breakfast and very clean bathrooms as well. i would definitely go back if i'm in the area again. - Great value, convenient location, friendly hosts, and free wifi. A good find in the Harvard vicinity.
