A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. Everything! The room was just huge and it really felt like being one ofthe emperors there. The hotel upgraded our room and we got a jacuzzi forfree which was great. Almost perfect hotel. Was the best out of 8 hotels/motels, in which we have stayed during our 3 week trip to USA.
All equipment seemed like new, the rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean, air conditioning was quiet (this was big issue in many other hotels).

We stayed here on our wedding day and it was the best choice. We have
been upgraded to vip for free, and the vip suite was amazing. The bed
was very comfortable and the bathroom included a massage tub and a tv
mounted in the mirror. The spa is also very good and some parts are
complimentary. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price we
payed it was well above expectations. Would stay there again.

I can't say even one bad word about this hotel because it will not be true. Its location is very perfec becasue it is in the middle of the strip, it has a hot connection to Planet Hollywood and is a 1-5min walking distance from all popular strip hotels.
Stuffis extremely friendly and helpful and will answer any question you have. I can not even understand how those guys from security have the power to talk and be so friendly to every guest of the gotel give you both the feeling of hospitality

The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - just a block behind the 'Strip'. Hotel is very clean,easy access to all major locations,polite staff, my room was cold and i called the front desk to turn the heat on it toke less then a minute someone was there to help,including the housekeeping lady who cleaned our room.It was my husband and I first time going to vegas,we made a great choice to stay at the Hilton,even though the hotel is a little bit pricey, I think it's forth the price.

Very kind and careful service people, Wonderful view through the window (even though it was not a direct view to the Strip).
If you need a dental kit, or a shaving kit, you can get plenty of them. (no extra charge!) Hard line internet is free, and it's fast enough. Yes, wifi is not free but hard line was enough for me.
