This was our first trip to the USA and New York.The staff were friendly and very efficient. Started with Peter who radioed our arrival to reception even before we were out of the taxi. The location is perfect - right at Columbus Circle: 10 min walk to Times Sq but a residential area so no tourist crowds; lots of cafes and restaurants within a block or two; two subway lines just across the street from the hotel; extremely friendly and helpful staff -- they took time to know us and remember what we were there for and asked how things were going; rooms are large by NY standards and very well-appointed. On arrival to the London NYC Hotel, I was greeted by friendly doormen and reception staff. My room was a one bedroom with separate lounge which was spacious and clean.

This is my favorite hotel in New York. It's among the best and most comfortable also. The rooms and finishes are all new. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. The rooms are all spacious suites-an unusual luxury for New York.
Very impressed. I stay here all the time when I'm in the city.

My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting
nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and
available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm
and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member
expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction,
and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that
of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

The room was lovely and had such a welcoming, warm, homely and cosy atmosphere when I first walked in, with soft lighting and classical music drifting through it. - Beds were very comfortable. Room was well lit and quiet. Ample seating.

I can't say enough about how awesome this hotel was. I kept telling
my husband, "Wow!! We SCORED!!!!" The rooms were quite
spacious, the shower had great water pressure, we loved having a little
mini kitchen with a fridge, stove top and dishwasher. It was great for
reheating leftovers when the kids were hungry. The staff was courteous

Everything about this hotel was amazing. I had originally booked a 3 night stay for my mom and myself. We had a room with two double beds and it was surprisingly spacious from my previous experience with NYC hotels. We didn't feel like we were stepping all over eachother! We ended up needing to stay for another night and the staff were very accommodating eventhough we ended up having to stay in a King room.
