  Fantastic hotel. Fantastic friendly staff that were there at hand 24/7 to cater for your every need. Special thanks to Joe who settled us in and made us feel right at home.Fantastic room with fantastic view. Huge bed, even huger walk in shower. Great space, certainly not cramped. The suites are great with children- the pull-out couch is excellent quality and is a king-size bed. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The rooms are very quiet- a very nice experience! The location, near Time Square and Madison Ave. shopping is great! The staff are helpful and complimentary water and fruit is available in the lobby. The rooms have complimentary water, sodas, and snacks. A classy operation!
