too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty

I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. The hotel was luxurious, the rooms were wonderful. You are only a 5 minute walk away from the main strip and with the hotel not having casino facilities it also meant you could escape the hustle and bustle of Vegas. - room size, great staff

The tub in the hotel room was deep enough for soaking and relaxing. The
room was clean and up to date. Ti was centrally located on the strip.
Mystere was a great Cirque du Soleil show Alcoholic drinks in various
establishments were good; service people were helpful. The pirate show,
although kind of ridiculous with the Sirens, was still fun to watch.

Our little apartment was beautiful, clean, and the beds supremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The Bellagio is probbaly the best managed hotel that I have ever stayed
in. The facilities and glamour are world class and when we had a small
problem with the bathroom lights, it was fixed straight away with no
fuss whatsoever. More importantly, because of the 40% discount that you
offered us, I don't think the price of the room was particularly
expensive, especially compared to other hotels on the strip. I am
recommending your website to all of my friends.
