This is an historic hotel and maintains that sense of service and elegance. Perfect location on the lake & Michigan Avenue. Live music in the lounge & in the more fomal space off the lobby. Service was excellent! It's a little pricier than we usually like to pay but was perfect to celebrate a birthday.

Whether you met them on an elevator ride, or whether you transacted business w/ them - they consistently wore smiles and a courteous, welcoming attitude. - I really enjoyed my stay, and it was a better choice then most hotels in the area. Beautiful older Hotel renovated in the last few years, We were there for
our Anniversary and got a really nice room with a great view of the lake
on the 26th floor. Glad we got a good deal on letsbookhotel.com for $229… The

Good things about the room: clean, great shower apart from the bath, the beds, no noise. Good things about the hotel: at night great lighteffects, good bar, nice personnel, luxury looks.
Good things about neighbourhood of the hotel: lots of restaurants(also for breakfast) and bars around, in the middle of the most important shopping area, lots of interesting things to see and to do (for exemple boattour, musea) on a walking distance.
