  The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic and we were within walking distance of all shops and there were some lovely restaurants nearby. - I had a park view room so it was as nice to stay in as go out. It was so quiet, which a big plus!

  Because there were three of us, our number 1 requirement was space followed by the ability to make a breakfast or snack. Also its central position and price - Everyone that we dealt with at the front desk was fabulous! The room was huge and extremely clean! We really loved everything!

  This was our first trip to the USA and New York.The staff were friendly and very efficient. Started with Peter who radioed our arrival to reception even before we were out of the taxi. Together with Caesar on the door they were always there with advise on destinations and restaurants, and treated us like we were family. The Girls on reception ( ve... что говорят » ry sorry but I lost the card with your names but you know who you are) who had us booked in 5 minutes after arriving and were always smiling and alway - The location is perfect - right at Columbus Circle: 10 min walk to Times Sq but a residential area so no tourist crowds; lots of cafes and restaurants within a block or two; two subway lines just across the street from the hotel; extremely friendly and helpful staff -- they took time to know us and remember what we were there for and asked how things were going; rooms are large by NY standards and very well-appointed.   The location was excellent. the front desk starting with Christian, he always explianed how to get to our destination and he even wrote directions and marked on the map. i needed an extra room and he was always accomodating. Joshua, he was always nice with my parents especially speaking spanish to them as they were senior citizens, I was picking on... что говорят » him calling him Jacobs and still never complained. Thomas, he was also able to take care of my parents and he never hesitated to make our stay memora - We enjoyed our stay ,Staff was friendly & very accomodating,Bed was extremely comfortable ..& there were no surprises..The room was exactly what it said.. yes it was small ,but we were aware of that when we booked..For a room in this area we definately got what we needed at a resonable price...we had a great trip..& we would stay there again....
