Месторасположение, чистота, качество - Staff, area, price (not all hotels had the price for 2 nights, most hotels that were less expensive wanted a 3 nights and since we could only stay 2 nights, this was perfect) - the room was very clean and there was free breakfast every morning and the bathroom was stocked with aveda products

The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff. My third time here at this hotel. On this trip was meeting my son who was looking for a diamond for his girlfriend. Staff could not have been nicer to my son, wishing him well. The hotel was very clean, and quiet, given it is in the heart of Times Square. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I will stay here again, and always recommend this hotel

Location, location, location ! It's the strongest advantage of Hilton TS, close to Times Square, Broadway, two subway stations and all main sightseeings, the center of everything in NYC. Comfortable big clean room with good view. Staff is usefull and quick. Price is reasonable. Strongly recommend as base in NYC !

Location with easy access to everything. When Hotel staff found out thatwe were celebrating our anniversary they upgraded our room to abeautiful corner room on the 19th floor. - All personnel were very professional. Bartender in the restaurant was very informative about the city.

I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!

Location is genius in the heart of Times Square, The open bus tour
starts just in front of the hotel, We were in a Premium King Suite in

we enjoyed very much staying at the hotel: the suite was very comfortable and its size is not typical to ny hotels - much bigger.
the staff was super friendly and helpful (Alex & David!!!) and helped solving personal issues regarding our trip in the most efficient way.
The welcome greeting with the cookies was lovely and so the ice-cream and cookies treat on 4th july.
the location is great, the view from the upper floors is dreamy - and yes - we will come back to the double tree hilton-time

I absolutely loved the Sanctuary & would return in a heartbeat! I
was travelling alone for business but it would be ideal as a couple or
for a special trip with friends. Service was above & beyond from the
moment I arrived - at 10pm tired & weary! The lovely doorman took my

efficient check in. I was accompanied to my room & everything

This hotel was awesome!!! Four forty-somethings met for our annual 'girls weekend' and were unsure about the hotel, since we booked online. We had an apartment reserved that fell through at the last minute and in a panic we found the Intercontinental online and we were so happy. We could not believe how clean and beautiful this hotel was the conceirge and doormen were wonderfully helpful. Great restaurant recommendations, etc. We will definitely stay again. This hotel was well located within walking distance of Times Sqaure and also near to the main subway and bus routes which could take you around Manhattan and the rest of New York city. Facilities were just right when you consider that we only used the hotel for rest as we were constantly outside exploring the city.
