For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. The breakfast was exceptional and the afternoon snack was a nice bonus. The airport shuttle was efficient and fast and the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. Great suite, Breakfast buffet well organized and lots of options
(would have liked some cheese or meat though). Nice Indoor swimming pool. Great location:15 minutes from downtown including walking to subway station, 5 minutes walk from/to car rental facility with 9 major companies, 5 minutes from airport terminals with hotel shuttle and no noise from airport.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean! Bed very comfortable. I asked the cleaning person to leave me more coffee for the room and left some money for her to take. I had more coffee and she left the money! I did leave it when we left! Close to great shopping! Close to Fenway. Near excellent dining. The Bell Hops were very nice!

My boyfriend and I were traveling between here and New York so we thought it'd be more convenient booking a room that's attached to the airport on our last night. I read reviews that this was an ok hotel because of the location. But I really don't see the problem. You have access to -
Being right in the airport is the sole reason for spending $300 for one
(short)night's sleep. I was able to print my boarding pass at the
computer station in the lobby. It made a huge difference to be able to
turn in the rental car the night before, take the shuttle to the Hilton,
and have a clean comfortable room in which to relax before our morning
flights. Our window had a great view of brightly lit Boston- which for
us was a treat. Room service was very quick and the server was very
pleasan

Location was fantastic. We stayed for a visit to a show at the House of
Blues near Fenway on St. Patrick's Day. Staying in Cambridge was
totally great, avoiding the craziness, but giving us some great pub

I liked the location, friendly staff and cleanliness. I liked the complimentary Valet parking and the fact that the T is located so close to the hotel and it was so easy to get into Boston using the red line. I liked the fact that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The view of Charles River was beautiful. Overall a wonderful experience. I also liked the fact that check out was at noon!
