  The staff was very nice and helpful. Our iron in the room was not working and immediately someone brought a new one to our room. Our room was neatly cleaned every day. The hotel provides towels and beach chairs for the beach. The food at the hotel was great especially the strawberry margaritas!! The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.

We stayed only one night, but they provide complimentary beach facilities (umbrella, reclining chairs, beach towels) for two days, the day of arrival and the day of the check-out. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a nice view. Yes there is a noisy bar beside the hotel but it stops by 11:30pm so it's not a big deal at all. Beach chairs were included in our stay which was a nice surprise.

  Arrived in Miami after having a very rude taxi driver. Was greeted with a friendly welcome at the hotel. Our new room was amazing ! Very large bed, excellent view of pool and ocean, must have been the honeymoon suite ! Lovely pool , ideal for the whole family. Private exit to area of beach with sun beds and umbrellas and an attendant . Would recommend this hotel with no hesitation and definitely stay there a
