  This is our second stay at Encantada and we will be staying again and again, this complex is 10 out of 10, i cant fault the place, its clean, modern, has everything you need, there is a target jut down the road for food etc and plenty of restaurants just down the road. The staff are very friendly and will help with anything they can. Except for the carpeting on the stairs needing a cleaning, the unit was pristine. The kitchen was perfect for simple meals. The hot tub was a great touch! We all loved it. The pools were heated and very clean.The area was convenient to shopping and to entertainment. Very good restaurants close by.

  Staff was friendly, excellent pool for childern and adults, rooms (including kitchen) were well furnished, and grocery store was close by. - Very helpful staff, good room set up, nice pool
