  the room was very clean and easy accesable to handicaped. loved the creek running down beside it. you could open the window and listen to it all night. liked the balcony so you could overlook the water and people going down the street. - I did like the clean rooms. I loved the view of the river from the balcony.   Owners were great, friendly, helpful. Staff was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to be helpful. Setting, by a loud stream yet in Gatlinburg, off the main drag but easy access to everything! Shower had hot water ANY time. - We had a cozy little cottage with a small deck on the front facing the pool.
