  Splendid reception of the staff! Everybody are very nice and helpful, yet professional. They treat you as a real person not only like a moneymachine that is commonplace nowadays. They are genuinely nice! World class service! And the location is great, close to the airport, easy starting point of getting in and around Miami.   The room was spacious and comfortable with a really nice green and white colour scheme, the bed was also very comfortable. I was very happy the room had a view which I had asked for. We got a deal through booking and chose the Embassy, and were very pleased. New facilities, a good breakfast, a room and spacious (we can organize four big bags with ease in the room). I was overwhelmed when I realised I forgot one of my hand luggage at the hotel, and they facilitated me by having someone bring it to me at the airport. Oh you made my trip all so worthwhile.
