  Nice, clean and friendly staff. Catered to us as if we were the only guest they had. Shower was a problem and they fixed it within hours of reporting the problem. - The rooms were so clean and nice. Enjoyed our stay very much and will stay there again when we are in Council Bluffs.

  We had an awesome stay. The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent, the location was awesome, and the cookies in the lobby were awesome. - I loved the comfortable beds. I loced it that each stay a new clean coverlett is put on the bed. It was so nice & germ free.

Liked the in house breakfast restaurant. discounted parking in garage. On site awesome Spencer's Dining!   Loved the extra room in the corner suite to keep our bikes and get away from the kids. Great location near the Old Market and bike trails and the zoo great hours for the pool and breakfast - We loved the view of the Old Market from our room. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed the beautiful lobby area and the buffet breakfast.
