  We had a wonderful and quiet stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Carlos and Michelle in the Club Lounge were absolutely fantastic!!   The hotel is in an excellent location. I really like the courtyard and the clean environment.The staff were excellent especially the janitors - 5 star service. Warm and friendly staff. The fact that they do not accept tips made their committment to excellence all the more valid.
