Good value for the money - must have been an off season rate. I should
have tried the very large pool but it was not that warm for a cold dark
October evening. Instead we went for a long walk all around the grounds
- felt very safe. The restaurant was fairly good, but not gourmet. -

Kali at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcome as we were forced to spend the night in Cheyenne due to I80 being closed from the weather. -
Accommodations were very comfortable and the facility was generally quiet and clean. It is definitely a good value.

I loved everything about this days inn can't not say a bad thing
about it. The breakfast was much better than I expected. It actually was
a hot meal. We figured it would be just danish, muffins etc. we were
pleasently surprised. We had our beloved dog and they were so kind to
her. She is a very old dog and I can't express enough how they

My kids really loved the bunk beds in the family suite. So did I,
as they don't sleep as well sharing beds. We also really liked
the pool. It has a sprinkler/fountain feature, and a
physically separated shallow end for little ones. Of course, there
was also a hot tub.

This was my second stay at this hotel and while this time around the
prices were obscene because of Frontier Days, the place was clean and
staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are not huge, but
comfortable. All and all a good place to stay alone or with family. Just
outside downtown Cheyenne, close to highway, need a car. -

For an over night stop to get from point A to B, this hotel was amazing, a real diamond in the rough. The suite was extremely well equiped with a full size fridge and our own ice machine. Luxury plus. -

The room was what it said it was. King size. Some hotels say that, but they think a king bed makes a king room. I enjoyed the stay. I had my doubt from the look of the area. Buy was pleased once I got into my room. If I was ever in the area I would stay at the hitching post again. -

A wonderful historical hotel with a beautiful foyer and great staff. The bed was comfortable and the old fashion "pink" sink and bathtub were a real charm. I'm glad that Plains decided to retain the historical aspects of the hotel, while still upgrading it for safety and convenience -

The rooms were nice although we didn't have a fridge and microwave in our room as was advertised. The beds were comfortable but a little small for two adults. I also liked the proximity to restaurants.
