He did let us know the room was going to be a little smaller, but a lot nicer. He was right about the size. We came back from a walk from the oceab and noticed some ocean view rooms were vacant, Sergio( one of the managers) let us change rooms for the second day!! No one does that!! I WILL BE GOING BACK!
