For the first time I have experienced that the room was just as nice and big as the pictures on the booking page showed. I loved the front desk staff. They were extremely helpful, helping us understand the train routes. The shuttle service was excellent, always on time. It was close to the airport, the shuttle picks you up, drops you off. The shuttle also works to take you to a local target and/or to the closest metro station. The room was pretty large, the hotel also has a laundromat (besides the regular laundry service for hotel prices) which you have to pay for 1,5$ for washer and 1,5$ for dryer. But I did appreciate it and did my own laundry -- it was cheaper than have it done at the regular hotel laundry service.

Great suite, Breakfast buffet well organized and lots of options
(would have liked some cheese or meat though). Nice Indoor swimming pool. Great location:15 minutes from downtown including walking to subway station, 5 minutes walk from/to car rental facility with 9 major companies, 5 minutes from airport terminals with hotel shuttle and no noise from airport.

Loved the location and the room was great!
My boyfriend and I were traveling between here and New York so we thought it'd be more convenient booking a room that's attached to the airport on our last night. Being right in the airport is the sole reason for spending $300 for one
(short)night's sleep. I was able to print my boarding pass at the
computer station in the lobby. It made a huge difference to be able to
turn in the rental car the night before, take the shuttle to the Hilton,
and have a clean comfortable room in which to relax before our morning
flights. Our window had a great view of brightly lit Boston- which for
us was a treat. Room service was very quick and the server was very
pleasan

It was very comfortable and we were given a quiet room as we requested. Also the staff were pleasant and helpful. Though it was not so convenient for the city centre the fact that they provided a free shuttle bus to and from the subway helped to make up for this. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was also most helpful. -
