  I loved the outdoors, the staffs were super friendly and attentive..we got lost on our way there we called for help, the young man I spoke with was very patient and was great with his directions .My room was nice and clean..everything was great!!! - Stayed one night while visiting family/friends in White Plains. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.   I liked mostly everything. The substantial breakfast each am, the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff members, the comfortable beds. I liked how the tile went part of the way into the room and ended by the closet so that u cld take your shoes off without trucking dirt from outside onto the carpet.
