the staff were helpful and friendly. we arrived early but were allowed into our room anyway having been inflight for over 13 hours. The breakfast was good. the staff recommended restaurants for dinner. - hotel room was spacious, and accommodations were great, our room looked identical to the room on the web site. Hated to leave!

The room was large considering the price. Easy assess from SFO, but the map is not referred too somewhat difficult to find the hotel. A map should accompany the computer printout. - Close to the airport the friendly staff and an excellent Chineese resturant close to the hotel.

The front desk staff were very freindly and helpful. The free shuttle to
sfo departs every 10 min. From sfo, you can take the bart or a host or
other transportation modes to sf, South of sf and the Bay area.
Anywhere! There is a Samtrans stop for bus 292 right outside Hyatt which

Two guys hogged the computers in the lobby (both looking up inane junk). I paced up and down trying to hint to them that I needed to print a boarding pass (neither took the hint, though they kept looking at me). Amanda, the front desk gal, was great. She spent about 10 minutes planning our itenary for the BART transit system and the different bus lines we would ride in SF. She also helped me find my lost phone (lol). She was very down to Earth, friendly, and professional.
