Breakfast was hit and miss - one day it was excellent; the other, only
so-so. Much better than your typical free motel breakfast, but not on
par with a real B&B. -
Shuttle service and drivers were excellent! A bag with juice and fruit at the front desk in the morning for our very early departure to the airport, loved this!

Friendly and very helpful staff. Room and public areas very clean and pleasant. Airport shuttle prompt and driver friendly even at 5:40 am. I appreciated the attached restaurant and would stay here in the future when visiting Portland. -

The hotel was in excellent condition and the room and bed were very comfortable. Enjoyed having dinner on the outside patio overlooking the wetlands. Staff were courteous and very competent, The only error was a missed 4:30am wake up call which I had requested as a backup. Would gladly stay in this hotel again.

This was our second stay with Hyatt Place. We liked everything about the hotel. Everyone from maintenance to management were very friendly. The location is great with shopping and restaurants close by, as well as easy access to the freeway. Can't wait for our next trip to Portland! -

Great 49th birthday, nice free wine room, I stay with my long time girlfriend, Gloria and our applehead dog, Patsy. Had two guests come in to swim with us. -

I like the fact that you can bring you dog with you and there are good places to walk them. I feel safe there. The staff are very accommodating and friendly.
The elevator broke while we were there and they held the kitchen open so we could have breakfast. That was really appreciated because we had a long drive home.

The location on the river is amazing. The hotel is very clean, had very friendly staff, and the pool was a major hit with the kids. Breakfast is not included, but the restaurant and coffee stand within the hotel are delicious. You can walk to fast food restaurants and a grocery store. The entire area was very safe. Jogging the path around the island at sunrise was gorgeous!
