It was next to a prometic center for an exam I had to take. So it was
very convenient, on the morning of the exam, not to worry about traffic
and just take some few steps between the hotel and the exam facility. To
get to the O'hare airport is just 15' with the free shuttle
available. -
Room was very comfortable, the buffet breakfast was amazing
... что говорят » and the location of the hotel right near the subway which went straight into the city was great. We loved our stay in Chicago. The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient and reliable.

The comforter is super soft, thick and comfortable! They even have extra blankets. Better than what I had in some of the four star hotels.
It's in a quiet location, and I like the fact that it has a large front yard and does not face the road directly. -

The cleaning staff were so nice and polite. much nicer then the front desk. My room was clean and warm. My kids had fun in your swimming pool. -
The beds were comfortable. The room seemed clean, but in the morning my daughter had bites of some kind all over her neck. No one else did though. The pool was warm.

The room was very large and the seating area was fantastic for having a space in which you could eat or talk and not be sitting on the beds. The breakfast the next morning had a great selection for all appetites and several different 'stations' to avoid one area getting too busy. -

Overall, I felt that this was a pretty decent hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were really clean and so was the rest of the building. -

I'm always happy when I stay at a Westin. The staff at the Westin Northwest was very helpful and nice. I ended up over sleeping and had to scramble down for breakfast and got there 2 minutes before it closed and the staff in the resturant was so helpful, gathering my drinks while I put food in a to go container so that I could bring it back to my

we got off to a late start from minneapolis to chicago, gave them a call about the late check-in loved the fact it was no problem! we checked in at 1a.m. stressfree! it was so comfortable we all were very well rested for our big weekend!
