I love Coconut Grove and this hotel's superb location just made my stay flawless. Valet parking was convenient, quick and painless for multiple trips during the day. The outdoor firepit area for late night drinks was beautiful. The public areas are gorgeous and the suite was large, well decorated and comfortable. In all, an excellent stay. -

It was our wedding anniversary and we were surprised with a very expensive bottle of wine with strawberries covered in chocolate in a pool of brown sugar! compliments of the hotel. We got upgrades and royal treatments for our special weekend. This is the most amazing anniversary ever for my husband and me. -

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Viceroy for one night only and we wished we stayed for a week... We were greeted with a bottle of champagne upon arrival and treated as royals! We loved our 1 bedroom suite and cannot wait to go back to Viceroy! I highly recommend the hotel! -

Lobby was beautiful. Staff friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable beds, room stocked with extra towels, pillows & blankets. Amazing view from our room on 26th floor. I like that each time I arrive, it seems familiar and there is a home-like comfort. A stay for 4 or 5 days can feel like 4 or 5 weeks and I always leave wanting more.
It's always amazing that Alex always remembers me. This year he said "welcome home" when I arrived and it did feel like it.

My experience at Hotel Breakwater was perfect and flawless. Perfectly located on the best area of South Beach FL. Cross the road to one of the best beaches in the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have not noticed anything but a smile all through my stay! In particular Mr. Curtis and the night duty gentleman from front desk. They made my stay beautiful. Thanks guys
I won't forget to thank Mr. Jimmy the General Manager who makes runs the whole friendly show.
