This place isn't fancy, but it's a clean, very affordable option for a one night stay if you're flying in or out of Oakland. The front desk and shuttle drivers are all very courteous and professional. It ain't the Ritz, but that's not what I wanted or expected. -

wow...don"t see gated and real people guarding the entrance. very safe...they are also remodeling to upgrade the rooms. -

I like the helpfulness of the lady at the front desk by the name of Catherine she went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us when our battery was dead she didn't make us call a tow truck she made sure we got jumped right there and made it on our way she was fantastic -

I drove up from Central California and arrived a couple of hours before the "official" check in time. I told the innkeeper that I had just finished a 6 hour non stop auto trip. They allowed me to check in early and even upgraded my room so I didn't have to wait for housekeeping to clean the room I was originally assigned to. I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, the possitive attitude of the innkeepers, and the location to the 880 freeway and the Oakland Airport. The price

Good location when having a car - right off the freeway. Easy access to all destinations in the Bay Area.
Right on waterfront on edge of city, lovely. Rooms on waterfront are quiet.

young man at the desk found the closest walmart and printed me
directions with -
My mom and I stayed at the lodge,becausei had a dr appt the next day,the entire staff were wonderful very helpful and very nice!! I would recommend this hotel/lodge too all my friends!! Thank you bery much,
