Cost, location, secure parking. The night manager (I assume he was ower)
was very friendly and offered to help out with the problems with the
room. Cannot answer number 2 questions so the facilities were nice, the
room and hotel were clean and comfortable, the location was ok, and the
value for the money would have been fantastic if not for the problems.

Although the facility is a bit older, it is well maintained, clean and quiet. The folks put out a good, small continental breakfast that is tasty. We love this hotel -- enough so that after leaving Memphis for a few
days, we rebooked it when we returned. All budget hotel owners need to
visit this place. It proves that cleanliness, comfort, and good taste

I was there in Aug 2013 for Elvis Week. The hotel was close to Graceland, which was very convenient. It was affordable. The room was comfortable and quiet. I liked that it had a refrigerator and microwave. I will probably stay there again for another Elvis Week. -

The whole of Days Inn was excellent. Staff coulnd't do enough for
you, especially the lovely Tracy. They even had a shuttle service for
the airport. The whole place was immaculate, they were constantly

Location is great if you are visiting Graceland, but it is on a very busy street. Luckily we had a room in the back. The room was nicely decorated, so is the lobby. it brings you right in the Elvis athmosphere. Although older, especially the plumbing, the room was clean.Breakfast was OK, not great. We stayed 2 nights to visit Graceland,so that was OK, wouldn't wanna stay a whole week or so.If you just plan to visit Graceland it's perfect for a couple of nights.

The resort had great staffing service. Their behaviors were very professional and personable even down to the grounds keeper and maintenance crew. Their attitudes reflected an open and friendly environment with a willingness to help! Their facilities and rooms were surprisingly up to date with newer renovations and modern art in the club house

It was very nice, the staff was great... The room was very clean like a home away from home... The king suite with the fireplace was very cozy... It was actually like a one bedroom apartment. I really enjoyed my stay, I will definetly be back.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the hotel and location were nothing like the bad reviews we saw.The staff were polite and helpful and the hotel facilities were good value for money. Downtown was only a 5 minute drive and parking was free on riverside drive which was only a 5 minute walk from beale street. -
