I had to pick up a document from South Embassy Suites at the airport and
I was booked into North. I had very little time to do this and the
shuttle driver took a detour to South Embassy Suites so I could pick up
the document. I was ever so grateful! -

This is a fun hotel. There was a happy hour with a free drink and chips, which encouraged socialising among the guests. Shuttle picked us up from LAX well within the time limit stated on the phone. Staff extremely friendly when booking in, happy to answer our many queries and did so even though it was quite busy. The staff was amazing, second weekend we stay there and all where extremely nice and helpful, even agreed to leave the spa opened for longer than the usual hours, extra towels and toiletries with no problems. We liked the proximity to the airport without intrusive noise and the variety of convenient places to eat. We could be picked up from the hotel for tours too. The airport shuttle runs smoothly, so this, coupled with the high standard of cleanliness means that we would definitely recommend the Comfort Inn & Suites at LAX. -

This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed, it couldn't have been better! The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, the little touches were SO appreciated (cookies at the bedside, beautiful soap in the bathroom), the cheese and wine (daily at 5pm) was absolutely delicious, and breakfast was the best you could get anywhere - such a choice of food it took me 10 minutes to get started!
