Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?

great location, right next to upmarket shopping mall with grocery store and good restaurants. Room was well appointed, bed was extremely comfortable. Service was great. Stayed in Century City over the weekend so it was quiet. Beverly Hills adjacent so driving was as easy as driving can be in Los Angeles. The rooms have balconies. We opened the balcony door and listened to the fountain across the street. The Annenberg Space for Photography is across the street.

Nice. Interesting due to history. Clean. Safe. Comfortable. Fun to sit at front lounge/bar. Watch the fancy cars and people arrive.
The hotel is old, But the spirit that you feel is warm, happy, and comforting. I will definitely come back, but I want a refrigerator

Room was clean. Check in/out was quick. Location is excellent and
safe, close to great restaurants like Bouchon and Spago, easily
accessible (with a car) to places like Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa
Monica, it just took us about 20 minutes to Downtown. There are also
convenience stores and a couple of public parkings within walking
distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, it was very
quick and easy to rent a car through the hotel.

night I checked in my room made a noise..they gladly moved me to a
smaller room ( only room available) and discounted it. The following day

The hotel is in the heart of the action-- a short walk to the Staples Center & events. Lots of restaurants in the area-- all within walking distance. The hotel has a wonderful lobby area lounge and a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

What did I like about the hotel? Everything! All the staff were very friendly and polite and the hotel was very homely and stylish. The photo's do not do this hotel justice! The essence of this hotel of rich history or sport, that dark, seductive feel to the rooms- it really was such a wonderful stay! Central location in the Hollywood area. Beautiful interiors from lobby to restaurant and inviting exterior areas around the pool and outside bar. Excellent and fast service all over. One night when we had a little plumbing problem : ) in our toilet, the janitor fixed it within 10 minutes. Could definitely book this hotel at my next visit to LA. - E
