  Awesome stay! Very clean! Everything from the food to the staff and the rooms were perfect. The manager was so helpful as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an intimate dinner. He arranged to get me a table cloth, candles, gave us free complimentary drinks, set me up with a flower shop, and helped me with dinner arrangements for our room.   I was travelling with my 15 year old daughter. The hotel was a pleasant surprise amidst the unattractive neighborhood. The room was small, but that's New York. We were on 9th floor and the sweeping views of the Williamsburg bridge and Manhattan skyline were amazing! Beds were very comfortable, room was clean. The area is quiet at night - also if you walk home to your hotel in the evening. Convenient with the complimentary hotel shuttlebus, but you could also easily walk to the subway station Queensboro Plaza 7 blocks from the hotel (8 min walk).
