  The room was very well decorated and had all the amenities that made it a perfect stay. I was able to cook my own food which is a plus when staying for more than a couple of nights.   Upon arrival our room had been mistakenly assigned to another guest. The desk staff worked diligently to find another for our first night. Upon checkout, without my asking my bill had been lowered and the hotel had taken the initiative. We all mistakes. Smart suites admitted it and did something to compensate. Thank you. The manager James was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and met any request we had. He went above and beyond. both in terms of service and professionalism.
