  stayed at the windsor hotel on valentines day and we had a fantastic four poster bed in our room . the bathroom was really nice and the staff were great . the private enclosed car park was a great bonus . breakfast was not your usual buffet , the staff took our order and served up a really nice cooked breakfast . overall our stay was faltless - We ... что говорят » were able to stay with our dog. The room and bathroom were exceptionally large and kept clean. The food was really good with a nice variety of dishes. I can't think of anything bad to say about our stay at the Windso Hotel.

  One of the best hotels I've stayed in. I booked for a week then extended it to another week because I was satisfied with my first week there. Friendly and helpful staff. Best staff of all the hotels I've ever been to. Cozy and nice hotel for the budget. Nice location by the beautiful beach. 5 minute walk to the shopping area and metro station. Bre... что говорят » akfast included without paying extra. Rooms are clean and nice. Bathrooms are good. I'd definitely stay there again if I go back to that region. Some - We only booked a standard double room for Sunday night (with a 1/3 off the usual rate) but on arrival we were given a free update to a suite with a fantastic sea view. The suite was enormous, newly refurbished and had everything we could possibly want. Staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful and breakfast was also really good. Overall one of the really good hotels we have stayed in anywhere in U.K. A real gem. Well done to all concerned.

  I went to Whitley bay with a group of friends for a hen weekend . This hotel had everything to offer , the location is great and the staff were very friendly and could'nt do enough for us . The facilities were perfect, the room actually has a small basic kitchen with a sink, kettle, microwave and fridge which was extremely handy and the staff were very friendly and attentive with out being intrusive. All in all I was very impressed.

  This is a superb place-truly deserves 4 starts. The design is chic and contemporary, yet very comfortable and well thought through to each detail. Well organised in terms of booking a breakfast ( which was great) and very useful guide book with recommendations ( which helped us to find a good restaurant). The owners extremely helpful, we made a mistake in our booking and they very happy to sort out on a short notice. - Really warm welcome, quiet location, spotlessly clean compact single room with 32" TV and DVD player, top notch shampoo and soap in bathroom. Fresh fruit bowl laid out for late night snack in dining room. Bottled water, coffee/herbal teas in room, huge breakfast with veggie fry up option, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, fruit juice, cereals, proper cafetiere strong coffee. I love it when you go to a place that doesn't cut corners. everything's carefully figured out to make you stay comfortable

  Very, very nice staff. The breakfast (which was included in the price) was excellent and they even served it when you were a few minutes late. WiFi was available for free as well. - Very welcoming staff who rang to confirm my arrival time. Comfort of room.
