Have used this hotel many times over the years as a stopover while attending local meetings. As always the room was very clean and well presented. The bed was huge. we stayed for 4 nights and was made very welcome all the staff were friendly polite and eager to please. The resturant was very pleasent spotless clean and more than enough choice.We also dined of an evening the food was excellent well presented and the chef was superb.Would like to recommend chef for the lovely very well priced food. Excellent value.Would certainly be visiting again.

Fab staff and breakfast next door was superb (although could have been
included in the price). Very clean and main bed very comfy. Above all,
the staff made it very pleasant and were lovely with our daughters.

Not only was the restaurant food very reasonably priced the quality was outstanding and the menu choice was just right. The hotel was excellent, I had dinner in the restaurant which was
brill, and breakfast was great too. The room was very elegant, and
provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it
took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London
(oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business
when we came back to the hotel.

Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service. I stayed in a single and double room on 2 separate occasions which were both fantastic. I appreciated the extra touches in the rooms (generous coffee, tea, biscuits, good LAN connection). Beautiful bathrooms, tasty and generous breakfast. Best thing of all - the price was reasonable.

Good location for Heathrow and early morning flight.
Although there weren't a lot of parking spaces we found a space immediately so didn't have to worry about driving off to find one.
Good soundproofing as it was on the flightpath of arrivals.
Very comfortable.
We needed a comfortable hotel near to Heathrow to spend our last night with our youngest Daughter who was travelling to the USA to go to university this Hotel ticked all the boxes.

The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets.
