  The Hotel was clean. The food was very good and the staff were very friendly. We had a problem with a DVD player in our room which was dealt with in a professional manner and when a replacement could not be found at short notice we were upgraded free of charge. - Pretty much everything. Food fantastic value for money, bar prices you would be lucky to find in your local pub - not hyped up to usual hotel prices, staff who let us into our rooms early, superbly fitted out rooms with proper satellite TV (not just two token channels), brilliant, well equipped health suite and to top it all off a very n... что говорят » ice buffet breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. - Staff was extremely accomodating. We travelled with friends and oursmall dog. The staff was very accomodating of our needs, allowed us alate check out time, and even stored several bikes for us. The hotel wasnew, clean and the leisure facilities were quite good.

  This was my first trip to Swansea so I went with an open mind. I had booked the hotel because of its location and price.The staff at reception were so welcoming and friendly and supplied us with maps and details of places of interest. The rooms were clean and comfortable and although we were overlooking some rather lively bars we were not disturbe... что говорят » d by the locals.We had an evening meal deal which was great value.I would definately stay here again and the male receptionist made a great first impr - The staff were super accommodating and allowed us to check in at 1130am. They wished me a very happy hen do and were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious and give off a luxuarious feel. The door staff in the evening ensures that no drunken randoms come into the hotel and disturb anyone. perfect location for anyone visiting Swansea, easy to park in the mulitistorey that the hotel kindly validate your ticket so its only £5.

  First class customer service. Clean, modern and extremely comfy beds! The breakfasts were lovely. Quiet location yet within walking distance to city centre. Have already booked to stay again at Christmas. Thank you to everyone who helped celebrate our Sons 11 birthday, the staff provided him with a cake and card. Right from the start there was the friendly welcome at the check-in. The room was very spacious with a large sofa. Breakfast was very good and plenty in spite of the room being very full at Father's Day. It was easy to get to town on foot and in a good location for a visit to The Mumbles. The supermarket next door is also very convenient.
